According to the necessities of the local Churches, we collaborate in the formation of laity destined for diverse apostolic tasks. (Cf. Const. 33)
Our desire to form the laity as good laborers of the gospel drives us to create special programs, in order to offer them a quality formation which can enable them to participate in the various apostolic tasks within the Church, in accord with their identity as well as the diocesan and parochial needs.
In the church of today, the identity and mission of the laity has a real importance. We have taken to heart the call this reality represents, and translate that call into action by opening up specific times and spaces for lay formation. We currently operate numerous centers for formation, schools of evangelization, universities and several houses where communities of laity live during the formation process; it includes specialized programs, workshops, courses and diplomas, either on-campus or virtual, focused on scriptural knowledge and an experience of the Word, Eudist spirituality, theology, liturgy, pastoral & missionary work, etc.
We have offered our ecclesial communities an increase in good laborers for the Gospel, who are qualified to exercise their apostolates in the christian communities, to become lay formators of other laity, and to lead processes of social transformation in the contexts where they operate.
